Looking for inspiration for your practice? Here's a list of four great heart opening yoga poses. Try one or a combination. Back bends can be invigorating and get your heart racing.
Our expert tip? Rather than thrusting your chest forward to come into the poses, try imagining your spine getting longer and lead from the collarbone. Can't reach your feet? Add a strap (we have some great ones in the shop ;)).
A well balanced class will get you moving in all directions so mix them in with some standing poses.
