Shipping & Returns


All shipping is carbon neutral and sent using Australia Post. 

Postage costs:

Australia/ NZ = $10 Flat Rate

International = $20 Flat Rate 

Delivery times:

All packages will be shipped within 10 days. You'll get an email update with a tracking number to let you know it's on its way. 

Plus if you provide your phone number AusPost will let you know when to expect delivery by text. 

Estimated delivery times are in flux (thanks Covid). 

What to expect:

Your strap will be sent in a recycled mailer on recycled card. Actual recycled, re-purposed, responsible. Sorry Instagram, we're putting the planet first.

The card can be recycled and the mailer dropped at a red recycling bin at your supermarket. The postcard is printed on recycled card, use it as a bookmark, share it with a friend. 


So it didn't work out. That's Ok. Sometimes you just need to try something to know.

New products: 

Enjoy a 14 day trial for just $6. The only way you can know if this is the right strap for you is to try it. Test, stretch, go places and have fun.  

If it's not for you, get in touch within the 14 days to organise it's return. 

Old products:

Outside of the trial period and looking to refresh your strap? Trade in your old strap for a credit towards a new one as part of our recycling program.  


Once a lock is lasered with your personal details it's yours. Reach out to your local studio to meet your namesake to pass it on. Or, your could turn the lock into a keychain. 

Warranty claims:

Here's where buying local wins. If anything goes wrong in your first two years we'll repair or replace your strap. 

You'll be asked to return the strap in its current condition for assessment and provide a phone number to discuss the best course of action. 

Register your strap: 

To claim your warranty be sure to register your strap. If you have one of our limited edition series. Try and grab your strap ID number before tossing the backing board in the recycling. 

What to do: 

Reach out by email for the returns postal address Share some details on when the strap was purchased and what sort of help you need (returns/repairs). Be sure to include your name and phone number so we can get in touch.  


Refunds will be made into the account used to purchase after the product is returned and assessed. A $6 fee will be taken off your refund for cleaning, and re-stocking straps that have been tried and tested. You can read about our recycling program here

Note that no action will be taken until the strap is received. You are responsible for return postage costs.
