Shipping

All shipping is carbon neutral through Australia Post. Orders will be sent within 3 business days. If you’ve chosen to customize your strap, sit tight, it will be on its way within 7 days.
 

You'll receive an email update with a tracking number to follow progress. If you include your phone number you can also receive updates by text.

All packages will be sent with bonus good vibes and much appreciation, because you’re awesome.

Postage costs

Australia/ NZ = $10 (flat rate)

International = $20 (flat rate)

All prices are in Australian dollars. Any international import fees or duties will need to be paid by the receiver.

If you wish to return your product for a refund, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
 

Customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Try reaching out to your local studio to meet your namesake to pass it on if you no longer need it.
 

Refunds will be made to the same account used to purchase. A $6 fee will be taken off your refund for cleaning, and re-stocking straps that have been tried-and-tested. You can read about our recycling program here.   

Note that no action or responsibility will be taken until the product is received. The sender is responsible for return postage costs.
 

We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your item does not meet the returns criteria.

Need to update your color scheme up? Don’t bin your old strap. Recycle it for credit.

  1. Get in touch.

  2. Hold onto your lock and return your strap (we’ll email details on how).

  3. Check your inbox for a voucher to put towards a new strap in color of your choice.
     

Amount of voucher may vary depending on condition of strap returned.

Strap still under warranty?

Reach out by email for the returns postal address. Share some details on when the strap was purchased and what sort of help you need (repair or replacement). Be sure to include your name and phone number so we can get in touch to discuss the best course of action.

Note that no action will be taken until the strap is received. You are responsible for return postage costs.  

Register your strap

To claim your five year warranty be sure to register your strap.
