Designed to fit in with your busy life. Snack size recordings for when you have a spare five minutes on the move between meetings, or appointments, or the walk home from the office. Each day includes a new short walking meditation for you to explore and appreciate your surroundings. Equipment required: a phone and headphones. Pro Tip. Day 1, allow an extra couple of minutes to find your way around the program. You also have the option to install the Wix app to grab on the go so you're not searching for a link.
