Hips could use a PR team. They're wildly underrated given all the movement they provide. The hips are like the forgotten middle child, a halfway mark, supporting the top half of the body. Doing their thing without anyone really noticing. They're an important channeling point distributing the nerves running through your spinal cord to the bottom half of your bod. They allow us to sit, fold forward and back, grow babies, walk. You know useful things. They're also particularly challenging to stretch because we don't naturally move in these ways throughout our day. To help we've put together four yoga poses for hips which are also great for your lower back.
