If you're anything like me, you'll feel like you don't have time to write in a journal every day. It feels like another one of those things you know you *should* do, but don't do it, right?
So why do people journal, and do you have to do it every day to benefit? Firstly I think it's helpful to let go of being perfect at journaling, it doesn't need to be neat, with excellent hand writing, even daily. What if we started writing in our journals once a month or simply 'whenever' you felt like it? There are lots of reasons and benefits that aren't time specific!
